Xybion, a global SaaS company, is looking for a Campaign Manager (3 vacant positions available) with expertise in any of the following areas: Quality, Compliance, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Preclinical Research and Development. He/she must have at least 2 years of preclinical lab experience (lab director, lab technician, lab manager, chief scientific officer, lab scientist) in the pharma, biotech, or life sciences industries. The right candidate will oversee and lead the creation and execution of campaigns to achieve strategic goals. This task will combine creativity and intellectual excellence with organizational skills to manage various campaigns and initiatives.
The Campaign Manager will work on a variety of campaign objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, event promotion, copywriting, and new product promotion. This position necessitates the use of marketing tactics that span the customer's purchasing journey, such as raising awareness, establishing interest, promoting education, directing customers toward a purchase, and ultimately developing brand loyalty. This position works in a diverse team with product management, content development, design, automation, and digital partners to bring campaigns to life.
To be successful in this role, this person must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, juggle multiple priorities, be at ease in a variety of marketing functions, and navigate and collaborate with a large set of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Roles
- Collaborate with product managers to create promotional campaigns that support their marketing strategies and are tied to specific business unit goals.
- Leverage the digital marketing team to ensure visibility and tracking across all electronic marketing channels.
- Act as a central cross-functional liaison amongst internal teams, with a focus on managing production workflows, timelines, project deliverables, resources, and asset requests.
- Define due dates and backout timings for asset debuts, ensuring all campaign beats are realistic and feasible.
- Drive excellence and frugality in creative production and operations, looking for digital-first partner relationships while rightsizing vendors to projects and tasks.
- Create, manage, and submit creative campaign budgets and approvals with finance, media, and launch marketing, looking to embrace frugality while continually raising the creative bar and finding scalable creative asset production processes.
- Ensure that all booked revenue is recognized, and that campaign objectives are met or exceeded on a consistent basis, minimizing over-delivery.
- Recognize, analyze, and quickly solve discrepancies between platforms.
- Use metrics and data to inform production best practices, identify potential bottlenecks, and eliminate inefficiencies throughout our operational pipelines.
Technical Skillsets
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a scientific laboratory setting, asking analytical questions, and can thoroughly understand customer needs across applications and workflows.
- Capable of leading, influencing, aligning, and inspiring cross-functional teams, including those without direct reports.
- Eager to participate in developing scalable, reliable systems for stakeholders to design global marketing campaigns.
- Experience with project management tools (i.e. Asana)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Highly data-driven, possessing a strong ability to capture and apply insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and concrete plans/reports.
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor's Degree or additional equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience in ad operations, trafficking, and/or digital campaign management is preferred.
Experience
