The Solution Architect ensure that Xybion delivers a solution that meet customer needs and Xybion quality level. This role includes identifying and designing (high-level and/or low-level) product, customization and/or configuration.
Responsibilities
Participate in the sales process and project evaluation Design and implement solution to meets customer needs. Perform customer demo Lead business discovery session. Communicate the system requirements to the team (development, testing, documentation, training) May act as project manager for the delivery of the product or solution. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Work Experience:	Minimum 5-7 years in software development experience working with clients.
Technical Knowledge:	Basic Detail understanding of software development lifecycle models Good Experience in Core Java & Oracle Deep knowledge on one or many programming languages and frameworks Good communication skill Be a faster learner.
